Director David Bruckner called Moonshine Pictures’ Drew Sawyer one night and asked him to shave his mustache and make a horror film with him and their mutual friends. The next thing he knew, Drew was running around in camera glasses and bloody boxers screaming for his life.
Moonshine Pictures didn’t do any post work, but Drew donned the helmet cam and spy glasses to create the found footage look for director David Bruckner and director of photography Victoria Warren.
Theres plenty of information out there about the Sundance sold film, V/H/S, and its current franchise, so feel free to scour the web. Below are just some photos from the Atlanta section of the film featuring Moonshine Pictures’ Drew Sawyer (glasses) and his filmmaking friends.
V/H/S can be screened on NetFlix.
