2020 IN STATS:
In 2020, Moonshine mixed, colored, or edited over 75 Episodes and Feature Films—including Netflix’s The Liberator (GA’s first posted Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, HDR original series) and Oscar-shortlisted / MTV Distributed documentary 76 Days—on top of a full plate of international ad work. Despite global hardships, 2020 was a successful year in post for Georgia and our team. Furthermore, 2021 is already exceeding our expectations to tell some damn fine stories.

76 Days—filmed in Wuhan during the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic and post-finished here at Moonshine in the State of GA—was voted onto the Best Documentary Feature shortlist for the Oscars! Congratulations to Writer, Director and Producer Hao Wu and all who made this film happen.

CREEPSHOW SEASONS 2 & 3
Our editorial, sound and color teams are tackling back-to-back seasons of Creepshow 2 and 3 for AMC’s Shudder platform. This series is shot and posted entirely in GA and we’ve watched the cast, crew, and creators adapt and innovate their story-telling process by utilizing remote technologies and sturdy health regimens to keep all teams healthy and moving forward. Look out for the Season 2 premiere on April 1!

In what still feels like a held breath, 2020 is officially behind us. While there are several things about the year that we’d like to fold away and throw into a dark closet, we’re mostly proud to walk into 2021 donning the new skills and lessons we acquired along the way.
