August 29th marked a significant milestone for Moonshine Post as we kicked off our very first screening series in partnership with the iconic Plaza Theatre. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to this exciting journey!
The evening was a perfect blend of local talent and cinematic brilliance. Atlanta directors Hannah Alline, and the team behind “Anemoia” captivated the audience with their unique storytelling and stunning visuals. The night then took an exhilarating turn with a screening of Darren Aronofsky’s “Black Swan,” a film that continues to mesmerize with its intense performances and dark elegance.
But what truly made the event special was the gathering of our incredible community. The post-screening Q&A session was a highlight, offering deep insights into the creative processes behind the films and sparking conversations that lasted long after the credits rolled.
