The PSA from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, “Prescription Painkillers: Heroin in Pill Form” was release alongside the “Don’t Take The Risk” campaign in February of 2018.
COLORIST: John Petersen
In conjunction with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Moonshine Post colored a short PSA titled “Prescription Painkillers: Heroin in Pill Form” which depicts firsthand accounts from those who have been addicted to or affected by prescription drugs in Philadelphia.
