FUN WORLD – Produced by Moonshine Picture’s Drew Sawyer, who also performed additional editorial.
Synopsis: Atlanta based filmmaker and documentarian, Barry Mills (The Popeye Show, The Bob Clampett Show, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, The Rudy and GoGo World Famous Cartoon Show) has once again teamed up with long time friend and acclaimed novelist Jack Pendarvis (Awesome, Your Body is Changing, The Mysterious Secret of the Valuable Treasure) to bring you Fun World – a dark glimpse into the near future. Following a corporate merger between the U.S. government and a multimedia conglomerate, the government and the media have become marvelously confused. Funny, scary, absurd and horrifying, this inspired piece of insanity is conceived to perform a dual role as an independent film festival entry and a possible television show pilot.

More about Drew Sawyer:
Moonshine’s fearless founder Drew Sawyer began his professional life as a clam farmer – really, he farmed bivalves for a couple of seasons – before getting a German education, then returning to his Georgia roots and becoming a Post Producer. Whether he’s on the set of an indie Sundance horror film dressed only in a pair of bloody boxers, or working with a talented post-production team on an episodic television series, Drew loves telling stories. It’s why he started Moonshine Post in the first place. And when Drew’s not making movies and TV shows with his friends or for “the Man,” he’s four days deep backpacking in Bear Country, hiking and camping through wind, rain, and snow.
